Our Story
Cloud 9 Illuminations is a local family owned company located in Evansville, IN. My name is Eric Decker and our journey began in 2004. I had been working as a corporate sales trainer and was on the road a lot. Although I had achieved some great success in my career, the time away from family became too much. We decided to leave my career and move back to my hometown of Evansville, IN without a clue of what our next move would be. Jess got a job at a local pizza place and I took a job at Evansville Country Club as a waiter and bartender. After 6 months we launched a window cleaning company now called Cloud 9 Window Cleaning, cloud9wc.com and it was an instant hit. We have enjoyed serving thousands of clients for well over a decade.
Through popular demand we have decided to extend our services to hanging Holiday and Christmas lights. I have taken a very in depth training class in Cincinnati, OH where I was trained by the best in the business and participated in several installs and have taken hours of online training. I didn’t want to be just another run of the mill installer offering cheap products with no guarantee and little to no service. In keeping with Cloud 9 tradition I was going to offer the best or nothing at all. We are a full service installation company that offers only high quality commercial grade products and takes care of the entire process from design, install, take down and storage. If there is any problem with your display we will take care of it within one business day at no extra charge to you.
